Once we have a full understanding of what you need, we will then plan the event in detail, provide all necessary equipment and ensure the smooth running of the event – including set-up through to pack-down. At each step our team is fully involved. We are not going to simply deliver the equipment and leave. Our staff are on site for the duration of the event. They will manage the technical aspects so you can deal with everything else. It's essential to us that we get this right. This includes having open communications prior to the event; providing good quality and reliable equipment on the day; as well as ensuring that our staff are highly trained and professional and therefore able to perform under pressure. If at any point we fail to meet the level of service we agree to (which is extremely rare) – but we want to be transparent, we will give you a money back guarantee on the service that did not meet your expectations.
