Why Us

We’ve been doing this for over 10 years. We’re pretty good at it.

AV Hire London has been supplying audiovisual equipment and event production services across London and the UK for more than a decade. In that time, we’ve worked on hundreds of events from small internal meetings to large-scale corporate productions, and we’ve built a reputation for showing up, doing the job properly, and not making life difficult for the people who hire us.

That sounds simple. In this industry, it’s rarer than it should be.

Who We Are

We’re a medium-sized team of AV and events professionals based in London. Not a huge faceless operation, but big enough to handle multiple events at once and have the right people available when you need them.

Everyone on our team has real event experience. They’ve worked live shows, conferences, award ceremonies, product launches, the full range. They know how to set up quickly, adapt on the fly, and keep things running smoothly under pressure. And because they actually care about the work, the quality shows.

How we work

We own all of our equipment outright. It lives in our London warehouse, it’s maintained by our team, and it goes out tested and ready every single time. We don’t sub-hire at the last minute and hope for the best.

Everything we operate is fully insured and PAT tested. So if a venue or client needs paperwork, we have it. No chasing, no delays.

When you book with us, you get a clear quote, a straightforward process, and a team that communicates properly from first enquiry to final de-rig. We’ve worked with some of the UK’s best-known brands and organisations — and they keep coming back because we make their lives easier, not harder.
